EUROPA LEAGUE JOINS THE PARTY
CHELSEA in penalties and ARSENAL with 7 goals in the global will play this final,the winner will play the UEFA Super Cup final against the winner of TOTTENHAM-LIVERPOOL.So this three tournaments will belong to ENGLAND.
BALLOND D´OR
We know this prize is about individual stats but winning collective trophies can boost your chances of winning the prize that is the most important at a individual level for any footballer.We have some names that can be important for the next months in terms of talking about this trophy. Salah and Van Dijk from Liverpool,Moura,Son and Kane from Tottenham,Hazard from Chelsea,Lacazzette and Aubameyang from Arsenal,Messi and Ter Stegen from Barcelona.
ARSENAL PLAYERS
In terms of stats Aubameyang have more chances than his teammate by individual performances.He is the third player on the goal scorer list of the Europa League (8) meanwhile Jovic and Giroud share the 1st spot with 10. He also have 20 goals in the premier league shared with Agüero and Mané,Salah is in the top with 22,and there are 1 match left for each tournament, he might be in the top of both list at the end.Both are having a good season.
TOTTENHAM PLAYERS
This one is a little bit more positive for Moura.Kane is way ahead in the league 17 goals for the english player and 10 for the brazilian.In Champions league they share 5 goals each.Moura scored against Barcelona in the group stage the goal that gave the match a tie 1-1 and Tottenham pass for the next round.Kane only scored a goal against Dortmund in the second leg ,it wasnt a decisive goal because the first leg Tottenham crushed Dortmund with a 3-0 (4-0 in global),meanwhile Son was the key player in the Quarter finals with 3 goals in 2 matches against Manchester City and one against Dortmund in the round of last 16.Moura in this case scored in the most important match so far ,a heroic hat trick in the semifinals sends his team to the final.Winning this cup and the super cup of UEFA and having a great role in Brazil National Team in the Copa America that starts in June might give him some serious chances of joining the brazilians with this prize(RONALDINHO-RIVALDO-KAKA-RONALDO)
CHELSEA PLAYERS
For me Hazard is alone in this list.With oustanding numbers in both premier league and europa league for me he has been the most decisive player in the team.He is having a seasong similar of the last year but with the difference that the World Cup had a bigger role.Will he win both european titles with the team or will he move to Real madrid?Will someday he win something with Belgium and a possible Ballon D´OR?
LIVERPOOL PLAYERS
Salah and Van dijk representing the reds.Salah season is nowhere near the last one with his Club,but ending the season winning the premier and the champions league ,the top scorer of the club and another title can assure him a spot in the top 3.In the case of Netherlands National Team player,he already won the player of the year in the premier league and with awesome numbers including scoring goals can give this player chances of winning an individual award(the only defender with his prize is Cannavaro)
BARCELONA PLAYERS
For me the key for Barcelona´s success (excluding the Knock out in Champions League) is between the posts and in the magic of the German and the Argentinian.With but having amazing numbers they surely will be in the top 10.In the case of Messi all the eyes are on him.He is the top scorer of europe,champions league and spanish league.Top 3 assister of the world , he is the most consistent player since he started playing this sport but it became more clearly since 2008-2009.Will it be a 6th trophy for the Argentinian or the first one for any of this world class players?
